Princess Charlotte of Cambridge is the younger child and only daughter of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. She is fourth in line to succeed her paternal great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, after her grandfather, father and elder brother.

Princess Charlotte was born at 8.34am on 2nd May 2015 at St Mary's Hospital in Paddington, London, wighing 8lb 30z.
Kensington Palace Press Office issued a press release on the morning of her birth, to inform the world's media that "The Duchess of Cambridge had been safely delivered of a daughter".
Princess Charlotte was christened at the Chirch of St Mary Magdalene, Sandringham on Sunday 5th July 2015. She was baptised at the Lily Font, with water from the River Jordan, by the Archbishop of Canterbury.
